a. GENERAL AVERAGE :
arises when property involved in common maritime adventure is voluntarily sacrificed in time of peril for the purpose of preserving the adventure, or where any extraordinary expenditure is incurred for a like purpose.
b.WEAR AND TEAR:
is natural losses will be occurred according to the operational and not covered by insurance.
c.EXTENT OF DAMAGE :
is damage or losses by remote caused not by proximately caused.
d.ASSURED :
is persons who enter into contract with insurer whereby the insurer undertake to indemnify in manner against the marine loss, that is so say, the losses to marine adventure
e.UNDERWRITER SURVEYOR:
is the person who worked with underwriter to survey the maritime claim for the assured and responsible to underwriter
